Group Training
Forever Strong group fitness classes are designed to give you a fun and energising workout in a small group environment.
We keep our classes small (numbers are capped at between 6-12 participants) to ensure you get the individual attention you need from our trainers. Classes run for 1 hour (60 minutes).
Securing your place
At Forever Strong we organise classes in line with the Victorian school terms. To secure a place in one of our classes, it is essential to book and pay for the full term, prior to the commencement of the first class. We require a minimum of 4 participants to run a class.
Please note: Missed classes will not be refunded. If you have an emergency or serious illness, talk to us about getting a credit for the following term.
Term dates:
- Term 1 2010: 1 Feb - 26 March
- Term 2 2010: 12 April - 25 June
- Term 3 2010: 12 July - 17 September
- Term 4 2010: 4 October - 17 December

Class Descriptions and prices:
Morning Mix, our take on circuit training, with weight training and cardiovascular combinations. This class will increase your heart-rate, strengthen muscles and burn fat. A full body workout designed to get you in shape.
Fighting Fit, a boxing inspired circuit, using hand pads and gloves with punch and kick combinations. This class is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvements in endurance, strength and hand/eye coordination.
Teen Fit, a circuit training class for the teenager 12-16 years. Workout with your friends in a fun outdoor environment and get strong, fit and self confident.
50 plus, our strength training circuit class for active ageing. Suitable for adults aged 50 plus. This class will improve your strength, balance, fitness and flexibility.
Walk & Talk, our 'free' heart foundation walking group. A one hour walk and talk in the great outdoors.
Road Runners, running club, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. A program designed to get you running for the first time, prepare you for your first fun run or improve your endurance.

The price for morning mix and fighting fit is $160 per class per term (8 sessions this term). For multiple classes please ask about our discounts.
The price for Teen Fit and 50 plus is $120 per class per term (8 sessions this term). For multiple classes please ask about our discounts.
The price for Road Runners is $240 for an eight week program, 2 sessions per week.
