As a dietitian, I commonly get asked about the difference between naturopaths and dietitians. Whilst the roles of these health professionals do overlap, they are quite different in terms of the services offered. The following is a brief description of these roles. This months Autumn Minestrone recipe is sourced from Jamie Olivers website, although I’ve made a few tweaks with help from Meaghan Butterley our in-house nutritionist to make it healthier. We’ve omitted the pancetta or bacon and have used salt reduced items where possible, most particularly when using vegetable stock.
