Berry frozen yoghurt

Ingredients:

500g frozen mixed berries, 500g greek yoghurt, 50g icing sugar and extra yoghurt and fresh berries to serve.

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until combined but still chunky. Then spoon mixture into 6 x 150ml ramekins. Cover each individual serve with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours, or until firm.

Serve the ramekins with fresh berries and yoghurt.

This dessert contains 460kj per serve.
