This recipe serves 6.
180g rolled oats, 160ml orange juice, 1 cup apricot drinking yoghurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 280g fat-free natural yoghurt, 160g sultanas, 100g mixed fresh fruit ie strawberries and kiwifruit, 50g slivered toasted almonds.
1. Combine the rolled oats, juice, drinking yoghurt, honey and yoghurt in a bowl. Stand for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Add the fruit, mix well, add the almonds, serve and enjoy!
