We’re finally moving into the warmer months, and with that comes all the tasty produce of Spring and Summer – like chillies! Chillies contain up to seven times the vitamin C level of an orange and have a range of other health benefits such as fighting sinus congestion, aiding digestion, and helping to relieve migraines and muscle, joint and nerve pain. Many even say they are a potential metabolism booster for weight loss (bonus!).
Chillies range in strength from 1 (being lowest) to 10 (being highest). If you’re not a chilli guru start out with a 1 and work your way up from there – the higher end of the scale has the potential to cause harm!
