Lose excess kilos

Did you know if you eat roughly 400 kilojoules less each day you could lose up to 5 kilograms a year? By making a few small changes and putting them into practice you’ll achieve wonderful results. Here’s a few ideas:

• Eat real fruit instead of fruit juice or dried fruit
• Choose a skinny flat white over a regular latte.
• Use mustard to flavour sandwiches not butter or margarine.
• To burn 400 kilojoules, walk to the milk bar instead of driving, or use the stairs at the shopping centre not the escalator.
