Re-assess and re-evaluate

When was the last time you;

  • Reviewed your goals with your trainer?
  • Assessed your measurements?
  • Did a fitness test or ran a 1km time trial?
  • Weighed yourself?

The next assessment week will be between Monday October 1st and Saturday October 6th. The Forever Strong Fitness personal training team will be focused on helping you set some goals for Spring and Summer. It’s time to smash your personal best folks.
