Forever Strong caters for all ages and fitness types – we are particularly specialised in strength (or resistance) for busy women and men who are juggling conflicting commitments. We can assist you in leading a healthier lifestyle, and improve your strength, balance, gait, flexibility, coordination and posture, which will enable you to continue living independently and achieve a better quality of life.

As well as increasing your energy and fitness levels, strength training can reduce the risk of developing, and help in the management of, age-related health conditions, including osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, chronic heart disease, menopause and depression. Reverse physical and mental ageing and lose body fat with guidance from enthusiastic and experienced trainers.

The Forever Strong Fitness team are passionate and committed to working closely with you to reach your physical and well-being goals. Each team member has a particular area of interest and expertise, including Pilates, boxing, weight loss, sports performance, and nutrition.

Why would I choose personal training over a gym membership?

At Forever Strong you will attend your personalised permanent training sessions each week – this offers continuity and accountability which far surpasses a “oh I’ll get up early tomorrow instead” gym membership mentality.

Our personalised service means you will not get lost in the crowd. As part of this service we also offer review and reassess every 8 weeks, group training, regular weight-loss challenges, client appreciation family days and social events, a referral reward program, educational seminars, fun and informative e-newsletters, client of the month/year, and more!

I haven’t exercised in a few years, can I jump straight in to training?

Your program will be personally tailored to your current fitness level – whatever that may be. Details of your exercise, diet and medical history will help us to understand what your needs are and ensure that your training is safe and effective. We will always start out slowly in order to assess your fitness level, and gradually increase intensity, while provisioning a range of exercises, as your body adapts to the changes.

How quickly will I see results?

When can I train?

You and your trainer will work out suitable times whether it is once or twice a week, morning or evening (subject to availability). Click here to view our studio hours. Please note the studio is closed on Sundays.

What do I need to bring to a personal training session?

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and good quality training shoes. All you need to bring to a session is a drink bottle, a towel, and a positive attitude!

How much does personal training cost?

With special intro packs on offer, ongoing group classes from $16 and one on one personal training from $39 we have payment options to suit all budgets. We do not charge any joining fees.
